How do I pay for my services?Services are billed through your healthcare insurance with Low County Billing. Depending on insurance, medical records and/or approval from a physician are required for insurance payments. If you do not have health insurance, you will receive a bill from Low County Billing. Payment options are available.

What if my appointments are reoccurring?If you receive treatments on a regular/weekly basis you can be placed on the schedule as a reoccurring patient, so you do not have to call every time.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?Call our office at 843-289-5078 to report a cancellation. You will need to provide the patient's name and the date of the cancellation. 24-hour advanced notice is preferred but we understand emergencies happen and are willing to work with you.

What if I have special care requirements?McGill Medical Transport LLC provides patients with National Registry EMT’s to our patients that allow patients with special care requirements to have transportation. All stretcher transportations are under a certified EMT’s care during the entire transportation.

Can my family member ride with me to an appointment?Yes! We allow one family member to ride with the patient to appointments. We do ask that you sign a release form prior to riding.
