Jackie McGill's passion for his work stems from a deeply personal experience — the loss of his mother, a dialysis patient who missed a crucial treatment, ultimately leading to her passing. So after spending 42 years of his life to the paper mill industry and determined to spare other families from enduring similar heartbreak, Jackie embarked on a mission to establish and nurture a company that prioritizes its mission above all else. He often affectionally describes his work at McGill Medical Transport as "ministry disguised as a business."

Jackie is not just a dedicated professional; he is a family man with a profound commitment to his two sons, Jackie Jr and Jason and his wife of 33 years, Loretta. The inspiration drawn from his personal experiences has instilled in him a sense of responsibility to create a workplace that values every employee and recognizes the impact it has on families beyond its walls.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jackie finds solace and joy in spending time with his family, including his two sons and their families, which includes a total of 10 grandchildren. The bond he shares with his loved ones extends to his favorite pastimes — whether it's the simple pleasures of hanging out at his barn or engaging in meaningful conversations with his patients, Jackie embraces every moment with a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
